Manufacturing Capability
HovoyPetro combines production capability for corrosion-management hardware with dedicated magnesium-alloy tool manufacturing. For well-completion programs, the workflow covers alloy development, melting and casting, extrusion, CNC machining, assembly, and final inspection.
Capabilities and inspection requirements are confirmed against the final product specification.
Dissolvable Magnesium Materials Supply
In addition to finished downhole tools, we can supply dissolvable magnesium-based raw materials for customers with in-house manufacturing. We support alloy selection, dissolution rate tuning, and certification requirements to match specific well conditions.

Quality & Standards
Every product is manufactured to exacting standards and includes certification documentation. We supply mill test reports (MTC) per EN 10204 Type 3.1 as standard, with additional testing and analysis available on request.
