Chemical Injection
Retractable Injection Quill
Injection quills that can be inserted, repositioned, or removed under full operating pressure — eliminating process shutdowns for maintenance.
Overview
Retractable injection quills allow operators to insert, adjust, or remove the quill tube from a live pipeline without shutting down the process. This is critical for offshore platforms, remote wellheads, and high-uptime facilities where shutdowns are expensive or hazardous. HovoyPetro retractable quills feature a pressure-sealed gland, calibrated depth markings, and locking mechanisms for safe operation.
Key Features
- Full insertion and removal under operating pressure
