Chemical Injection
Spray Injection Quill
Multi-port quills designed to atomize and uniformly distribute chemicals across the full cross-section of large pipes and vessels.
Overview
Spray injection quills use multiple injection ports or a specially designed nozzle to atomize chemicals into fine droplets, ensuring rapid mixing and uniform distribution across the pipe or vessel cross-section. This is critical for large-diameter lines where single-point injection creates localized treatment zones and uneven chemical coverage.
Key Features
- Multi-port radial spray pattern for full cross-section coverage
- Optimized port sizing for target flow rates
- Minimizes chemical waste through improved dispersion
- Available in fixed and retractable configurations
- CFD-optimized designs available for critical applications
- All standard materials and connections
